On Thursday, 16 may ,the Hofmann School of Gastronomy is holding an Open Day, at its Barcelona headquarters at 74-78 Calle Argentería. During the Hofmann Open Day, you will be able to discover firsthand all the details about the Hofmann Gastronomy Programme, which comprises more than 900 hours of theoretical classes and 2,500 hours of practical classes, all performed at the Hofmann Restaurant, wich has held a Michelin star for over a decade.
Prospective visitors will be able to learn about the school's facilities, its different kitchens, pastry shops and theoretical classrooms, while checking out the day-to-day of our school's chefs and students. The Training Team of Hofmann School, led by Silvia Hofmann, will receive and accompany all guests during this day, to help answerany and all queries in a personalized way.
