Cocktails as such began to become popular in the United States in the late 19th century and have survived to this day with great ages of ingenuity. If something is true, it is that mixology and the world of cocktails changes every second and is imposed with more force.

At the Hofmann School we are committed to quality in education and innovation as one of the pillars of our educational methodology.

The introductory bartending course aims to introduce the student to this sector, as well as to know the basic techniques of these. Learning to distinguish and combine different liquors will be one of the main objectives of this course in addition to receiving additional training on how to attend and adapt to the needs of different types of customers.

All this starting from a solid theoretical training to then go on to practice and tasting, always guided by the teacher.

Damià Mulà, an expert, specialist and trainer in hospitality issues and in the specialization of cocktails will be the person who will carry out this course. With his extensive professional career, Damià intends to bring all of his “know-how” to all attendees of this course.

In the last phase of the program, the student will be challenged, which will include presenting a personalized cocktail, while applying all the knowledge learned in this training.

Cocktail initiation aims to bring, introduce and complement in the culinary training of all those passionate about this world under the methodology and the seal that characterizes the Hofmann group.
