The Hofmann School opens its doors to Antonio Bachour, named one of the 10 best pastry chefs in the United States in 2011.
True to its commitment to the highest quality standards in the gastronomic offer, the Hofmann School regularly programs courses aimed at a professional audience with great names in gastronomy. One of them will be with chef Antonio Bachour on July 19th and 20th in a 100% practical masterclass distributed in 16 hours over two days.
On this occasion, the pastry chef will share his experience with the attendees and offer a professional vision of the world of pastry. This is a unique opportunity to learn the best tricks and techniques to make various individual cakes from an elite showcase, with your personal style. During the training you will also learn how to work chocolate and will teach you the secrets to achieve the perfect combination of technique, taste and texture.
Taking advantage of his visit to the School and the good harmony between Bachour and Hofmann, the Hofmann patisserie will collaborate in conjunction with a pop up, giving it a space within the patisserie to exhibit three of its most iconic pieces: the Sant Onore, the Trifle and the Rocher. In this way, throughout Saturday, July 17th, our customers will be able to buy their desserts.
