"Pistachio nougat is one of the most successful bets this Christmas," says Miquel Guarro, creator of the proposal and pastry director of the Hofmann group.This one consists of a tender pistachio ganache with a touch of salt and an orange fruit paste, 100% artisanal that is combined with yuzu and honey. Another striking proposal is the nougat-cocktail, made from dark chocolate ganache and rum, rated as +18.
