ARTISANS, TRADITIONALS AND CREATIVES, TAKE A LOOP AT THE 2020 HOFMANN NOUGATS

Seven unique pieces inspired by the most renowned desserts from Hofmann pastry.

The Hofmann pastry team launches a line of nougat based on their cakes, conceptualizing each of them and enhancing the figure of the artisan nougat to make it a unique and amazing experience.Seven author's creations, designed to surprise yours in Christmas desserts, with textures and contrasts of own flavors the Hofmann label, which encompass the principles of the same school: innovation, creativity, craftsmanship and tradition.

"Pistachio nougat is one of the most successful bets this Christmas," says Miquel Guarro, creator of the proposal and pastry director of the Hofmann group.This one consists of a tender pistachio ganache with a touch of salt and an orange fruit paste, 100% artisanal that is combined with yuzu and honey. Another striking proposal is the nougat-cocktail, made from dark chocolate ganache and rum, rated as +18.
