The classic cod and Iberian ham croquettes, the seasonal mushrooms with butifarra del perol or the meatball casserole with squid are some of the suggestions presented in its gastronomic proposal.
The Hofmann Group opts for an initiative that seeks to bring its offer closer through the food delivery service. "We have created a gastronomic proposal adapted to our philosophy and, although we have included some of the Hofmann classics, we have updated it with a more contemporary look and, above all, suitable for travel," says Silvia Hofmann.
The wide offer begins with appetizers such as the classic cod and Iberian ham croquettes or some pork dumplings, ginger, celery and Sichuan pepper. As starters, succulent proposals are presented such as seasonal mushrooms with butifarra del perol, chickpea cream with cod and Catalan spinach or a quinoa salad with wakame seaweed, avocado, tofu and sesam vinaigrette. The monkfish suquet, the meatball casserole with squid or the ragout with pork tail and foie are some of the options that complete the delivery menu, along with a selection of desserts that you will not be able to resist.
Dishes suitable to be enjoyed at home and capable of appealing to the most exquisite palates without losing the essence and the Hofmann seal. "This is a proposal that plays with the main foundations of our kitchen, betting on local and seasonal products and, at the same time, preserving the classics", says Silvia Hofmann.
In this way, the group is projected in the service of delivery, counting on the Macarfi Delivery and Deliveroo platforms. For those who prefer it, there is also the possibility of take away, picking it up at calle de la Granada del Penedès, 14, Barcelona, from Monday to Friday, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
