The Hofmann School of Hospitality will occupy the new 500m2 facilities with a macro I+D space equipped with the most innovative technologies in the sector. The new expanded offer of academic training will include different course proposals
especially focused on the field of Pastry.
The Hofmann School of Hospitality opens a 500m2 new space in Via Laietana. The facilities, are located at number 12 of the center of Barcelona, very close to the current headquarters. In this way, and with the idea of continuing to bet on innovation and growth, Hofmann will have one more workshop and a classroom equipped with the most cutting-edge technologies in the sector.
"In these new facilities we are betting on the future of the group in the context of innovation. A space where professionals can put their effort in the learning process, as well as knowing at first-hand the new trends in the sector ”, said Silvia Hofmann, CEO and owner of the Hofmann Group. In this sense, it is a two-room space that will be used for the development and expansion of the school, offering a practical area with all the technical facilities, where students will be able to work and develop their training from the latest generation resources.
New facilities and the expansion of the academic training that it has always distinguished Hofmann as a pioneer school in training gastronomy and international recognition for the quality of its teaching, its methodology and its own know-how.
It was the first center to unify school and a gastronomic restaurant, awarded with a Michelin star since 2008. Its constant evolution in the search for excellence and its great reputation has made it a worldwide benchmark. The new facilities will offer sufficient resources to deliver the formative offer.
In this new dynamic space, every detail has been taken care of students to get the most resources of their training. At the same time, the new area for production aims not only to offer more agility but also capacity for growth and development of the group.
Hofmann thus faces the current challenges of the sector by offering new solutions and a multidisciplinary approach for their students. This new opening consolidates its process of expansion.
