Tell us, how did your passion for gastronomy arise?
My passion for gastronomy comes from family, all of us at home are hoteliers and since I was little, I grew up in a kitchen helping and learning from my grandmother and my mother. I love cooking.
For me Hofmann is: family, excellence, learning.
How was your experience during training at the School?
For me it was a very positive experience, since it helped me to continue growing and learning content as a cook, it “improved” me as a person and I met a great professionals with whom I am still in contact.
What do you value most about the training?
What I value most about my training is the professionalism of the teachers when giving the classes and teaching you all the best in the practical classes, always attentive to the student.
How has your training at The Hofmann Hotel School influenced your professional experience?
My training at the Hofmann influenced my professional experience helping me to make a leap in quality and knowledge.
What have been the most important challenges you have had to face in your current position?
The most important challenge is to be up to the task day by day and ensure that our clients leave with a good taste in their mouth and happy with the experience we offer.
What would you say to a person who wants to start in this world?
For people who want to start in this world, I would tell them to be sure to choose this profession. If it is what they want and what they dream it, just fight for it!
