Hofmann Culinary School signed a collaboration agreement with the prestigious French Chef to bring to Barcelona the highest gastronomy through various Master Classes; the first of them the next 6 and 7 of march.

Hofmann Culinary School in Barcelona has concluded a collaboration agreement with Alain Ducasse Education; as the first result of this alliance, several training days have been programmed in haute cuisine, Master Class, in Barcelona. The first of them, the next 6 and 7 of march, in the facilities of Hofmann Culinary School.
In this first Master Class, "Best of Alain Ducasse Session", will recreate the foundations and techniques of the iconic creations of Alain Ducasse, a Mediterranean and international world full of innovation and exceptional raw material.

The Collaboration between both prestigious Culinary School, has had diverse antecedents in the time, with a first agreement of collaboration that goes back to 2003 in addition to diverse presences of the own Ducasse in the facilities of the Hofmann School. To this is added the excellent personal and professional relationship that united Mey Hofmann (founder of the school that bears his name) with Alain Ducasse.
Alain Ducasse is the owner and manager of one of the most important hospitality and haute cuisine groups in the world, with more than 20 Michelin stars. Its gastronomic spaces are spread all over the world and its training center is a reference of Haute Cuisine in the five continents. The collaboration agreement between the Hofmann School and Alain Ducasse Education also includes future Master Classes during 2018 and exchange of knowledge between both prestigious centers of education in high gastronomy.
