Marc Sánchez Figueras, Badalona and former Hofmann student, works leading the chefs of the famous Little Spain Market in New York.
Marc started with only 17 years in the world of Cooking at Can Pelado, Badalona. His teacher was the Josper (a charcoal oven) accompanied by L'Hèctor, who taught him to estimate cooking.
"The kitchen did not fit into my plans, but sometimes life offers you surprised. I always say that we all have a do and that some of us are lucky enough to discover it."
He trained at the Hofmann Hospitality School where he completed the complete training and where, he declares to be very grateful for all the knowledge he learned within the School.
Currently, he is a chef at Little Spain Market in New York.
The new market of chef José Andrés and the brothers Albert and Ferran Adrià has on the New York table the authentic Spanish cuisine and in which in addition to food and drink you can buy all kinds of typical products of each country.
