Yesterday we celebrated the graduation of the H27 promotion.
In total, 28 young people completed the complete hospitality and pastry studies where they were recognized with an official Hofmann diploma and special recognition to the three most outstanding students of this promotion.

The event was attended by Silvia Hofmann, director of the School itself, Jean Paul, head of studies, Laia Freixenet, coordinator of studies, and the professor, Rodrigo Fontana, who implanted the professional pastry courses; in addition to other professors and various representatives of the faculty and student staff.

Thanks to the agreements of the School with the most important companies in the hospitality sector, several students are currently working in prestigious restaurants such as: enjoy Barcelona, ​​El Celler de Can Roca, Tickets, Michel Bras in France, Les Cols, among many others .

A generation that ends his stage here at Hofmann and begins his true professional career in this wonderful world.
