For the first time in its history, the Hofmann pastry team, led by Miquel Guarro, creates a range of nougat inspired by desserts that the public likes the most.
This year, in Miquel Guarro, together with the bakery team, they have made seven nougat inspired by the most renowned cakes. Seven unique creations, which encompass the principles of the same school: innovation, creativity, crafts and tradition. The pistachio nougat is one of the most special creations of this year, since it is the first individual piece of the same Miquel Guarro to the Hofmann School.
The nougat version consists of a pistachio ganachetierno, with a touch of salt and a paste of orange fruit, 100% handmade that is combined with yuzu and honey.
The offer is completed with the Volcanic chocolate nougat, the rum nougat +18, the coffee nougat, coffe cup, the crown, almond and white chocolate, the rose that consists of has rose, raspberries and chocolate or the Burned cream classic.
"The inspiration of these nougat was born with the idea of enhancing the figure of the artisan nougat. We have created a line of nougat, based on our cakes, but working on a conceptualization work of each one of them, to turn it into a surprising nougat" . Miquel Guarro.
All Hofmann creations are completely handmade, and are made from start to finish to their workshop, as well as fruit pastes that are introduced to nougat.
We have made a very limited production to guarantee maximum quality and freshness in the ingredients and, at the same time, achieve excellence in the most demanding palates, says Miquel Guarro.
In addition, sixteen Christmas figures of different chocolates and three versions of panettones have been presented to Hofmann pastry this year, to what a sweet tooth.
