Yesterday began the gastronomic event Tast de la Rambla where Hofmann participates with a delicious Baba Bubble.
We have already shared our Baba Bubble with hundreds of people who have come to our stand. There the Hofmann Bakery team, with Miquel Guarro in front, prepares the Baba Bubble to taste at the moment.
Tast de la Rambla will be with all of us from 6 to 10 June in the Rambla de Santa Monica. This gastronomic event, which celebrates its 6th edition this year, has become a benchmark for Barcelona and its metropolitan area. In the context of this event combines cooking and pastry of the highest level with exhibitions, lectures and musical performances. A successful combination that brings together specialized journalists, great chefs, reputed pastry chefs and the general public, among which many tourists are enthusiastically discovering the great gastronomic offer of Barcelona.
