HOFMANN SCHOOL PARTICIPATES IN TAST A LA RAMBLA WITH A DELICIOUS DESSERT

This year Hofmann participates in the gastronomic meeting TAST a LA RAMBLA with a creation of master pastry Miquel Guarro.

The popular TAST A LA RAMBLA will be held, as usual, in the Rambla de Santa Monica (Barcelona) from 6 to 10 June. This gastronomic event attracts many visitors, in a nice and familiar atmosphere, to taste the best traditional cuisines, of author, Tapas, Patisserie... Hofmann School will participate with a delicious Baba Bubble created by the Hofmann pastry team, led by Miquel Guarro.
Hofmann's Baba Bubble is a baba with lime syrup, light vanilla mousse, pear balls with vinegar. Delicious!. Come and try it on the next "TAST A LA RAMBLA ".
