Last week, Silvia Hofmann participated in a dinner organized by Dicomsa, the prestigious wine distributor. The theme of the evening was the pairing of a selection of high quality wines with dishes from the Hofmann restaurant in snack format. The combination of wines and dishes was praised by the guests, among whom were very representative figures of the journalistic world and the gastronomic panorama of our country.
As a climax, Hofmann presented his extraordinary Rosa de Sant Jordi, the last creation of his pastry Chef, Miquel Guarro, which made the delights of the diners.
