Silvia Hofmann and the team of teachers will welcome you and guide you through all the facilities, in addition to presenting you the training offer of Hofmann. Offer specially designed to meet your expectations with the rigor, the requirement and the quality that characterize Hofmann. We have 36 years of experience and our alumni, who hold positions of responsibility in the best restaurants and pastry shops, both nationally and internationally.
Our Chef and teachers, will answer your questions and will expand all the information you need. They will advise you on the course that best suits your interests and will be happy to share with you our passion for cooking.
