From March 20 to 24, The Hofmann School participates with a stand in the Saló de l'Ensenyament, which is held in Fira de Barcelona.
The Hofmann School of Hospitality, Gastronomy and Pastry is sharing its passion for haute cuisine with thousands of students visiting its stand during these days. Hofmann Students and Chefs meet at the stand to explain to prospective students the exciting world of Gastronomy.
Interest in food-related disciplines and cooking is growing among young people, who are increasingly interested in studying these courses. Hofmann offers complete and professional training of chef, pastry chef, intensive courses, specialization courses and monographic courses on current topics and new trends in the sector.
Many young people approach Hofmann's stand with very clear ideas and a keen interest in studying gastronomy but others that have never raised it, discover with enthusiasm a whole world of possibilities.
Hopefully Many of these students follow in the footsteps of our alumni and become and Chefs in the best restaurants and patisseries around the world.
