Today we have received the visit of the students of the Teresian School of Tortosa. Accompanied by their teachers have traveled the school and have discovered the world of haute cuisine.
Students of 5th and 6th Grade Elementary school Teresian of Tortosa have visited our school and have been very attentive to the explanations of Jean-Paul, professor and chef at Hofmann. The young students in framed the visit within a kitchen project in which they are working, with the collaboration of Chef Fran Lopez, former pupil of the school.
The students who visited us had a lot of interest in knowing the school where he had studied this prestigious chef, who is also his countryman. Tomorrow they will make a tapas workshop in their school with the presence of Fran. We hope that what they have learned at Hofmann School will serve them for the workshop and to delve into a future, who knows, in the world of gastronomy. At the moment the part that has been interested most has been the confectionery area, where our bakers are already making "Easter Monas".
