Angela, helped by Cristina Lirola, his partner in the course of pastry at Hofmann, was presented to this championship with very personal creations and earned a well deserved 2nd prize. It competed with 26 high-level schools, distributed throughout the Spanish geography.
The creations presented were All chocolate, Pamela Choux and Mille-Feuille.
All chocolate is an incredible chocolate cake, as its name suggests, with a guanaja mouse inside, a namelakade manjari, coffee cream, nougatinede güé, hazelnut and sponge cake, a sin for chocolate addicts. Choux pasta is a choux paste filled with a creamy caramel, with mounted ganache, tonka bean and decorated with a sweet chocolate. A delicacy for the palate and finally MIlle-Feuille, a thousand sheets in a tubular version, filled with yuzu cream and ganache made with lemon lime.
The creations presented by the Hofamn school were very well received and received the unanimous congratulations of the jury, who praised the technique, the elegance in the presentation and the innovation in the flavors. Its protagonists, Ángela and Cristina, highlight how enriching the experience has been and how happy they are with this prize, although they would have liked the first one too. I'm sure next time, they'll take it home.
