DUCASSE Education, a school created by Alain Ducasse, chef and a reference point for French haute cuisine that has conquered the world with his personal style, returns to the kitchens of the Hofmann School.
During two consecutive days (26 and 27 February), the chef Florian Gravelle of DUCASSE Education will present the step by step of his best recipes from restaurants with 3 Michelin stars. In particular, of starters and main courses with which Ducasse exhibits the maximum respect for the raw material and a mastery of the technique worthy of admiration.
Its cuisine is synonymous with excellence and hence the distinctions that the chef and his restaurants have received throughout the world.
This new Hofmann Course, the first that DUCASSE Education will carry out this year in Barcelona, allows to perfect the development, the combinations of ingredients and the balance of menus with the best quality product under the seal of the great French chef. Also discover their cooking methods and their unmistakable plated.
In addition to the dossier of recipes, the attendance to this course allows to taste the elaborations made, as well as to obtain the Certificate of DUCASSE Education.
