Would you like to get started in pastry world? In this course, 100% practical and dynamic, you will learn the notions and solid foundations of baking so that you can apply them at home or in a professional level.

You will learn delicious preparations such as brioches, creams, chocolate ganache and you will work different cookie doughs, cakes, and other elaborations. 

A course to launch you into the pastry world under the knowledge of our team of Hofmann chefs.

The Hofmann School courses are aimed at anyone with an interest in learning and experiencing the world of pastry first-hand, who has concerns and enthusiasm for entering into the sweet world and wishes to receive training at the highest level and under the seal of Hofmann quality.
