Through this on-site course and after passing your final exam you will be able to obtain the Official Certificate of Food Handler. This certificate is obligatory possession for any person and/or company that carries out tasks of manipulation and conservation of food in a professional way.
During the course you will learn about food toxinfections and manipulator hygiene as well as food allergies and intolerances and good practices in relation to food handling, transport and storage.
