If you want to learn the basic techniques of cooking and develop your skills in a 100% demonstrative and practical methodology, this is your course!
In the evening cooking course you will learn basic cooking techniques and improve the plating of your preparations through demonstrative and practical training. In each session, a complete menu with seasonal dishes will be prepared so that you can also expand your knowledge and apply the versatility of the product according to the season of the year. At the end, each elaboration made will be tasted.

The Specialization Courses of the Hofmann School are aimed at gastronomic enthusiasts and professionals who wish to deepen in specific cooking techniques and skills, with the parameters of quality, professionalism and innovation of the Hofmann School.
The homogenization of our pedagogical system makes these courses possible for both senior and amateur profiles. To study cooking at the Hofmann School of Hospitality, the only requirement is a strong desire to do so.
