In 8 sessions of 3 hours each, the chefs of the Hofmann School will guide you in the preparation of 8 different menus, always using top quality market products. A first, a second and a dessert will be prepared in each session and at the end you will be able to taste the recipes and check the results with the final evaluation of the pedagogical chefs. In this course, you will not only learn how to prepare different dishes, but you will also learn the secrets to choose the best products, how to optimally carry out cooking, why use a specific technique, how to plate the preparations: learn basic concepts of cooking, cooking!

Passionate amateurs of haute cuisine who want to learn from the best. No previous experience is necessary for this course and the basic concepts and techniques of traditional cooking will be reviewed.
