During the Cooking Course, you can learn the basic cooking techniques and improve the placement of your preparations. During the course of the course, we will meet once a week, to prepare a menu of 3 seasonal dishes.
After the practical and demonstrative class, we will taste the preparations together. In each season, in the Night Cooking Course, we will show you dishes of the moment, with different content; You can sign up for one of them, two or all three.

There are three different contents, for the three courses taught throughout the year, coinciding with the seasonality of the market.
During the class, the students and the teacher will elaborate a complete menu with three proposals.
At the end of the session, all prepared dishes will be tasted together.
