The Hofmann Evening Cooking Course is specifically created for anyone who wants to learn how to cook in a relaxed atmosphere. A different way to learn how to cook having a good time. With easy recipes and fresh products from local markets.
During the course you will learn basic cooking techniques and improve the preparation of your dishes. Along the course we will meet once a week to prepare a menu of 3 seasonal dishes.
After the practical and demonstrative class we will all taste the preparations together.
Each season, at the Evening Course, we will teach dishes of the moment with different content; you can sign for one of them, two or three.
Who is it aimed at?
Fans of gastronomy with interest in learning new cooking techniques and want to improve both their skills at the stoves and the presentation of dishes. In a relaxed atmosphere and endorsed by the Hofmann label.
Duration: 2 months. 24 hours.
Hours: Thursday from 20h to 23h. One weekly session.
There will be three courses per year: Spring, Summer, Fall / Winter.

Practical-demonstrative course of easy, intuitive and market cooking. There are three different contents for the three courses that are taught throughout the year coinciding with the seasonality of the market. During the class the students and the teacher will elaborate a complete menu with three proposals.
At the end of the session, all prepared dishes will be tasted together.
