Do you want to know the reality of a restaurant with Michelin star or a first class pastry shop? Now you can do it like Stagiere in our Hofmann Restaurant and in the pastry shop.
You will know from the inside the work, the methods and the professional organization, working side by side with our experts and renowned chefs, from whom you will be able to learn knowledge, techniques and the self-demand of your professionalism and level.
You will be part of the team in our kitchens and you will learn to work in a perfectly defined gear to provide customers with the culinary experience they desire.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 17h to 24h in the Hofmann Restaurant of the C / La Granada del Penedés, 14-16.
Minimum stay: 2 weeks. 10 working days.
Maximum stay: 2 months. 40 working days. 2 Options: Kitchen or Pastry * *
If you are interested in both options, Cooking and Pastry, the Stage of Pastry will be held every morning from 9 am to 1 pm in the Obrador of the Hofmann Restaurant in C / La Granada del Penedes, 14-16, following the same parameters than in Kitchen.
Al Stagiere will be provided with two uniforms composed of jacket, trousers and apron. Essential for access to the kitchen. You will receive the recipe dossiers from the Hofmann Restaurant letter
At the end of the Stage, a Hofmann Certificate will be awarded to certify the course.
