The Intensive Pastry Course prepares you to work as a hospitality professional in sweet elaborations. Through this comprehensive course designed with the exacting standards of the Hofmann School, you will learn the techniques and bases of the pastry profession.

We will pass on the most successful and relevant international and traditional pastry formulas. And we will teach you how to make exquisite desserts. So you can enjoy it personally or professionally, developing what you learned and empowering your own talent.

The courses at Hofmann School are aimed at anyone with an interest in learning and living first-hand the world of professional hospitality, who has concerns and enthusiasm for entering the world of gastronomy and wants to receive culinary training of the highest level to develop his professional career in that area.  



Hofmann Diploma



Duration: 7 months.

Hours: Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.

From January to July.



Practical-demonstrative course.

In this course the students acquire knowledge and practice on all bases and techniques of pastry, applying traditional, innovative and international formulas.
