The Advanced Cooking Course is specifically created for those students who, after completing the Intensive cookery course, the Complete cookery course or the Integral cookery course wish to continue growing in the gastronomic world.
Through this course you will reach a higher level of knowledge and culinary skills. You will learn how to develop state-of-the-art techniques and innovative processes in the kitchen. It will improve your skill so you can cook any product correctly. And you will have enough knowledge and practice to develop your creativity and innate talent in professional cooking.
Who is it aimed at?
This course is specifically designed for students who have passed the intensive cookery course, complete cookery course or full cookery course. Students who wish to receive culinary training of the highest level and develop their pro-career in this field.
Duration: 6 months. From January to June.
Hours: One weekly session with 2 options: Tuesday from 9am to 2pm / Friday from 4.30pm to 9.30pm.
Practical and demonstrative sessions.
There will be 3 preparations per session.
Total: € 2,700* The payment can be divided into 450 € / month (x 6 months).
Material: 75 €
