WHO IS IT FOR?
This course is aimed at professionals or amateurs who have an interest in learning and advancing in the world of professional gastronomy but who do not have time, either because they are working as chefs or because they have little time to devote their passion. For all of them, this intensive course takes place on Saturdays.
