INTENSIVE CHEF TRAINING

The Hofmann Chef intensive training course prepares you to enhance your passion for cooking, providing you with the knowledge, technique and necessary skills to achieve a professional chef level.

 

OBJECTIVES:

During this course you will learn and put to practice the basic and latest techniques to improve in a professional kitchen or to develop your culinary skills at home. A very concentrated course, lasting only 140 hours, combining master and training classes through which you will acquire the knowledge and the necessary skills to become a professional chef with the high standards and excellence of the Hofmann School.

 

TO WHOM IT IS ADDRESSED

This course is aimed at professionals or amateurs who have an interest to learn and progress in the world of professional gastronomy but do not have much time, either because they are already working as chefs or because they have little time to devote to their passion. For all of them, this intensive course takes place on Saturdays.
