PROFESSIONAL PASTRY CHEF COURSE

In this course, through theory and practice, you will learn the fundamentals, basic techniques and current trends of professional pastry making. If you want to make pastry your profession, the Professional Pastry Course offers you complete training with the Hofmann seal of quality.

 

OBJECTIVES:

  • Develop pastry skills from scratch.
  • Learn and practice basic pastry making techniques.
  • Master current pastry techniques.
  • Strengthen the foundations of baking and the skills needed to work in professional bakery.

 

WHO IS IT FOR?

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, with minimum secondary level education, who want to train in the profession of pastry making based on the methodology and quality standards designed by Hofmann school.

TITULACIÓN

Finalizada la etapa de prácticas en la escuela Hofmann el alumno optará a:
CERTIFICADO DE EXTENSIÓN UNIVERSITARIA EN GESTIÓN Y PRÁCTICAS DE COCINA, EXPEDIDO POR LA UNIVERSIDAD RAMÓN LLULL (FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DE LA SALUD BLANQUERNA).


La formación consta de 850 h. (50 horas de trabajo teórico y 800 horas de prácticas).

Las prácticas se realizarán en centros de trabajo homologados y que Escuela de Hostelería Hofmann validará para garantizar el proceso formativo de los alumnos.
Una vez superado correctamente el curso y el periodo de prácticas, el alumno obtendrá los siguientes certificado:
DIPLOMA HOFMANN. ESPECIALIDAD PASTELERÍA

CERTIFICADO DE EXTENSIÓN DE CHEF DE COCINA, expedido por la Universidad Ramón Llull.
