PROFESSIONAL PASTRY CHEF COURSE

In this course, through theory and practice, you will learn the fundamentals, basic techniques and current trends of professional pastry making. If you want to make pastry your profession, the Professional Pastry Course offers you complete training with the Hofmann seal of quality.

 

OBJECTIVES:

  • Develop pastry skills from scratch.
  • Learn and practice basic pastry making techniques.
  • Master current pastry techniques.
  • Strengthen the foundations of baking and the skills needed to work in professional bakery.

 

WHO IS IT FOR?

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, with minimum secondary level education, who want to train in the profession of pastry making based on the methodology and quality standards designed by Hofmann school.

Monday: Demo from 9.00 AM to 13.00 PM and theory from 15.00 PM to 18.00 PM

Tuesday: Practice from 9.00 AM to 13.00 PM

Monday: Demo from 9.00 AM to 13.00 PM and theory from 15.00 PM to 18.00 PM

Thursday: Practice from 9.00 AM to 13.00 PM
