In this course you will learn how to make rice dishes, fideuas and prepare fish with all the flavour and splendour that the sea offers us.
Seafood is nature’s gift from which we can reap immense benefits. A source of proteins and many other nutrients, in this course we will gain in-depth knowledge of the products and their properties, combing and savouring them. Through traditional recipes we will discover the bases of seafood preparation and cooking to obtain delicious dishes that are the essence of our Mediterranean cuisine.
