MARINE RICES

In the seafood rice course, we opted for one of Hofmann's most characteristic dishes, rice, and we combined it with different sea products to prepare, from top quality products, seafood recipes with professional standards.

In two demonstration sessions of three hours each, they will teach you how to combine fish and shellfish with the best preparation and cooking techniques to obtain dishes with professional results. The well-known arròs a banda or the lobster soup will be made, among others.

Learn, enjoy and taste in a comfortable environment from the hand of a professional chef.

 

WHO IS IT AIMED AT

Hofmann's monographic courses are designed for amateurs who are passionate about gastronomy who want to learn professional techniques, or professionals who want to recycle, improve methods and update techniques to achieve high-quality dishes.
