BASIC KITCHEN TECHNIQUES LEVEL 2

In this course we are going to delve into the basic techniques of cooking. Through the elaboration of 6 recipes, the chef will comment step by step on each technique and how to apply it professionally. Dishes such as fisherman's suquet or foie au torchon, among others, will be prepared.
 
If you have taken the basic culinary techniques course, you can enroll in the second part: new techniques will be worked on and new recipes will be developed. Also aimed at new participants who wish to enter the world of professional cooking at the hands of the Hofmann chef.

Hofmann's monographic courses are designed for amateurs who are passionate about gastronomy who want to learn professional techniques, or professionals who want to recycle, improve methods and update techniques to achieve high-quality dishes.
