In the Asia Street food course you will enter the world of the most informal, fun and street food Asian cuisine. With culinary proposals that simulate some of the tasty corners that we can find on the streets of Asia rendered Street food.
Hofmann's chef will prepare 6 varied recipes ranging from hoisin rib bao to Iberian feather gyoza to introduce the basic concepts and techniques of this type of cuisine. We are moving away from traditional cuisine to explore a mixture of Asian cuisines that summarizes current consumption patterns: fast food, but of quality, aimed at an 'internationalized' audience that knows what it chooses well.

Hofmann's monographic courses are designed for amateurs who are passionate about gastronomy who want to learn professional techniques, or professionals who want to recycle, improve methods and update techniques to achieve high-quality dishes.
