Using the raw material typical of spring, such as strawberries or múrgulas, you will learn to prepare traditional dishes with the professional touch provided by the Hofmann School.
Hofmann's chef will show you the properties of seasonal products and how to prepare them for the best results. In two demonstration sessions of three hours each, the chef will prepare recipes such as strawberry velvet with prawns or cream-filled murgulas and you will learn step by step how to replicate them once the course is over.
The teacher's explanations plus the recipe book that we will provide you will allow you to prepare seasonal recipes with professional standards.
