In the restaurant desserts course, the chef of the Hofmann pastry shop, Miquel Guarro, will teach you how to make different dessert lines for all types of restaurants.

From the wide range offered by the Hofmann pastry shop, you will discover the best ingredients and techniques to prepare gourmet desserts with professional standards.

Original and innovative pieces will be made and at the end of the course you will be able to apply what you have learned in your establishment and improve and update the dessert menu.



The Hofmann monographic courses are designed for passionate pastry amateurs who want to learn professional techniques, or professionals who want to recycle, improve methods and update techniques to achieve high-quality sweet pieces.
