The possibilities offered by sourdough to make noble breads are endless and only master craftsmen can teach you first-hand how to get different types of bread, the basic theory, the kneading and fermentation processes, the choice of the best ingredients ... course for lovers of bread in all its facets.

The Hofmann monographic courses are designed for passionate pastry amateurs who want to learn professional techniques, or professionals who want to recycle, improve methods and update techniques to achieve high-quality sweet pieces.

 

ABOUT MIQUEL SABORIT

Miquel Saborit is a great expert in breads made with natural sourdough that he has developed himself. Passionate about artisan bread and recognized as one of the best experts in making panettones, he received the award for best baker in Catalonia in 2021.

In 2016 he was awarded the Best Young Innovative Food Artisan of Catalonia, awarded by the Generalitat.
