In the Hofmann pastry novelties course, pastry chef Miquel Guarro and the pastry team will show you how to make some of the pastry pieces that have been presented at the Hofmann pastry shop throughout the year.
In two three-hour demonstration sessions, the chef will step-by-step through the techniques and tricks that Hofmann pastry chefs use to make pieces as exclusive as the moon or the cocoa bean, among others.
Elaborations that you can reproduce in your establishment with the knowledge acquired and the recipe book that we will give you.
