In the monographic course on the best spoon dishes offered by the Hofmann School, you will learn the basic techniques to prepare traditional cuisine dishes with professional and up-to-date techniques.
In two sessions, the chef of the Hofmann School will prepare recipes such as cuttlefish and drowned peas or cap i pota, cod and chickpeas, among others. These are dishes with a long tradition and very typical of the cuisine of our country. Throughout the session, the chef will discuss the steps to follow, the best raw materials and the methods to achieve quality dishes. At the end, you will taste the dishes and receive the recipe book so that you can prepare them for yours or add them to the menu of your establishment.
