A combination of pastries, pastries, sandwiches and drinks for every occasion: cakes with Golden latte, horchatas with goffre, cocktails with iron, the typical New York bagel… All with the Hofmann seal of quality.
This course is 100% practical and following the methodology of the Hofmann School, the pastry chefs will teach you how to make sweet and savory pieces paired with different drinks step by step and with professional techniques. The first payment will be made at the time of reserving the place and the next payment at the beginning of the course.
In case of cancellation (by the student), the amount paid for the reservation of the course will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
