Seasonal cuisine, with local products, a fun-gastronomic experience from the professional chefs of the Hofmann School is waiting for you. If you want to learn how to prepare seasonal menus, taste the dishes and share experience with a small group of attendees, we recommend this course.
In 8 sessions of 4 hours each, the chefs of the Hofmann School will guide you in the preparation of 8 different menus, always using top quality market products. A first, a second and a dessert will be prepared in each session and at the end you will be able to taste the recipes and check the results with the final evaluation of the pedagogical chefs.
In this course, you will not only learn how to prepare different dishes, but you will also learn the secrets to choose the best products, how to optimally carry out cooking, why use a specific technique, how to plate the preparations: learn basic concepts of cooking!, cooking!
And as the culmination of your experience at Hofmann, in the last session we invited you to a meal at the Hofmann Restaurant with a Michelin star.

Passionate amateurs of haute cuisine who want to learn from the best. No previous experience is required for this course and the basic concepts and techniques of traditional cooking will be reviewed.

The first payment will be made at the time of reserving the place and the next payment at the beginning of the course.
In the event of cancellation (by the student), the amount paid for the course reservation will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
