If you are passionate about the world of wines, you like to taste them and you also want to know the secrets and concepts associated with different wines with professional standards, we recommend this course.
In the second edition of the wine tasting course we will continue to analyze the basic aspects of oenology through tastings accompanied by different dishes and with the guidance of the expert oenologist Lluís Manel Barba. It is not necessary to have completed the first part of the course to enroll in this second edition as new concepts will be discussed.
In 8 sessions of two and a half hours and in a small group, you will enter the world of oenology in a practical and enjoyable way. You will know aspects as basic as which bottles and caps are the best for each variety; how to decant and preserve the wine; how to serve it and which glasses to use in each case… We will also hold a session dedicated to beer to briefly introduce you to the main varieties and methods of making this popular drink. You will learn and taste: all this paired with different dishes selected by the winemaker for the occasion.
