Fermented foods have been part of our history as a species. Generation after generation, the wisdom of these preparations has been transmitted, in some cases dating back more than 8,000 years old. They are foods with history, with soul, with magic.
Kimchi, sauerkraut, sriracha, pickles are just some of the recipes we will look at. We will ferment and pickle all kinds of vegetables to soak up the technique well. In addition, you will learn different fermentation techniques step by step, what materials and utensils are appropriate and give the best results, what are the benefits of fermented foods and much more, and you will be able to create incredibly delicious recipes with your own ferments.

Barcelonian in origin, a nomad at heart. Robert worked for years as a traveling chef in the most remote places on the planet. There he polished and shaped his fermented classification that would lead to his KamideDeus project. He is dedicated to fermenting the world, not a day goes by without doing some new test. Multitalented, Robert is both head of the school and head of R&D.
