In this course we will show you how to prepare a gastronomic menu with which to say goodbye to the year and dazzle your guests!
Starting with the starters, main course and dessert, step by step, our chefs will introduce you to the techniques, properties and the most exquisite and colorful preparations. It is a night of celebration and renewal, we say goodbye to one year and we are excited to welcome the new one. This allows us to make a more innovative, more creative and sophisticated menu, but without sacrificing its quality and level which, as always, will follow the standards and distinction of the Hofmann seal. We will not forget to crown the night with the typical lucky grapes.
