Christmas is coming! Are you considering making your own nougat and want to do it professionally, with the best raw materials and learning from experienced chefs?

The Hofmann School and its team of pastry chefs led by Miquel Guarro offer you this monographic course on nougat in two 3-hour sessions to show you how to make the nougat that the Hofmann pastry shop has prepared for these Holidays.

Starting with a brief technical introduction about nougat, pastry chefs will make different types of nougat, using a wide variety of products and great doses of creativity. So that you can prepare and savor the nougat offered at the Hofmann patisserie yourself.
