In two 3-hour demonstration sessions, the Hofmann School pastry chefs will show you the properties of seasonal products and the combinations and techniques to make warm and comforting desserts. The most characteristic seasonal products will be used, such as nuts, chestnuts, apples... combined with different types of chocolate to achieve surprising results.
