In this demonstration course you will be able to share a gastronomic experience of the highest level with a chef with three Michelin Stars. Two intense sessions of 8 hours each to learn how to prepare menus for the most demanding audiences and with an international outlook.
You will learn to master the techniques, cooking methods and preparation of the most representative dishes of the Ducasse universe. Parisian chefs will prepare recipes from Alain Ducasse restaurants in various countries and regions of the world: United States, Asia, Eastern and Western Mediterranean, etc.
It is an intensive two-day course in the mornings in which the chef of the Alain Ducasse School will show you how to design a menu for an international and cosmopolitan clientele.
The sessions will take place in the facilities of the Hofmann School and at the end of each session, you will be able to taste the prepared recipes, as well as share breakfast and lunch with all the participants. We will also give you the dossier with the recipes worked on during the Master Class.

The Hofmann School Specialization Courses are aimed at gastronomic enthusiasts and professionals who wish to deepen in specific techniques and skills and with the quality, professionalism and innovation parameters of Alain Ducasse.
