If you want to learn pastry like a professional, this course will give you the necessary tools and knowledge and will provide you with work guidelines to be applied both in bakeries, catering establishments or at a private level.

People who want to get started in the world of sweets, with professional techniques, and who develop this passion at home or in restaurants.

For people who do not have more time for their training and do not want to do without the pleasure of preparing exquisite sweets and desserts.

100% practical course where all the bases and techniques of pastry are assumed through traditional and international formulas.
