Rices are one of Hoffman's hallmarks. In the Hoffman rice course you will be introduced to the world of rice from the hand of a professional chef.
If you are passionate about gastronomy and you are also interested in learning the secrets to prepare rice with professional standards, this course will give the necessary brushstrokes to put into practice what you have learned in the course at home.
In two demonstration sessions of 3 hours each, the Hofmann chef will prepare 6 rice recipes and will explain, step by step, the technique and the secrets to achieve the best results. Delicious recipes such as hedgehog and pea risotto or grilled ribeye and marrow rice, among others, will be prepared. And at the end you can taste the dishes with the other attendees: a perfect way to end the session and assess first-hand the result of the work done.

Hofmann's monographic courses are designed for amateurs who are passionate about gastronomy who want to learn professional techniques, or professionals who want to recycle, improve methods and update techniques to achieve high-quality dishes.
