In this one-day practical training, we will create a seasonal menu starting at the beginning: the market.Accompanied by the training chefs of the School, we will go to the market and select the best fresh seasonal products. Already at the School, we will teach you to prepare recipes with the products bought in the market: you will see how the product is treated, how it is cleaned, how it is combined with other ingredients and finally, how it is cooked.
At the end you will taste it and check the result!
