Our training chefs will teach you the traditional and avant-garde techniques that will help you improve your pastry training. A course that will make you develop your skills in the creation of restaurant desserts, which will expand your knowledge about the treatment of both sugar and chocolate and pastries. Also, you will learn to work the pastry from a higher level by deepening and expanding your notions and skills in the world of ice cream and chocolate. All this under the Hofmann seal.

This higher course aimed at students who, after having passed the intensive pastry course or the Level I pastry course, wish to continue working and developing their knowledge and skills at a more advanced level. That they want to deepen the traditional techniques and experience the most modern and innovative notions in a solid way.
